MFP + Endomo + Up24

I have used Endomo + my HRM for about a year now. I just purchased an UP24.

Is it better to track my weight training and running/walking in Up or continue to use Endomo & my HRM?

The Negative Calorie Adjustment feature has me baffled. Can someone explain this?

It will take trial & error to see how the 3 work together. (Have you tried searching the forums?) If connecting both Endomondo & UP to MFP doesn't work, I would disconnect Endomondo, then try connecting it to UP. (So Endomondo > UP > MFP.)

Your MFP calorie goal is your activity level minus your deficit. Your UP adjustment is your UP burn minus your activity level. Unless you enable negative adjustments, you won't eat at a deficit when your UP burn is less than your activity level.

Negative adjustments never go below 1,200 calories, so I still don't eat at a deficit on days when I binge-watch TV. (I'm only 5'2".)

Well I can't currently connect Endomondo directly to Up. Looks like everything is fed into MFP and from there to UP. However it's not sending back the additional exercise.

So MFP + Endomondo worked, but MFP + Endomondo + UP doesn't? Have you tried just MFP + UP?

Up doesn't use a HRM. That's how I track my weight lifting and walking.

You can connect MFP & UP, then log your HRM burns.
