7/4/14= 285.8 (+1.8 lbs...considering it was a week-long cruise with WAY too many beverages, I'm just lucky it wasn't more!)
7/11/14= 283.4 (-2.4 lbs...had to get that cruise weight off...hopefully downward toward my -100 lbs. this week!)

It seems to me that if you are off fishing, you should be surrounded by scales. Aren't fish covered with them!?! :laugh:

The only problem was, the fishing was great (at Lake Almanor with Lassen looking over you, how can it not be?) but the catching was poor. No fish, no scales.

7/23/2014 215 no change again. I just realized I didn't post my weight last week!! So I posted yesterday that I'd lost a pound, but it took me two weeks to do it! :-/

7/26/14= 273.3 (-0.6) may be slow, but it is still trending down. It would take quite a week to hit goal. Hmmm; A challenge!

Paula, once again, congratulations! You are my hero! (You made me start doing the math. I need to lose 25.8 lbs to hit halfway from my all time high or 44.3 from this start of losing.) It may take a year at my current loss rate, but the time will pass either way, may as well go for it!
Tara, I'm with you. Work, stress, injury etc have all kind of derailed me. Head games. If I couldn't lift, it didn't seem worth going to the gym. Last night was the first time in 8 weeks. Yes it was "Only" the treadmill, but it was a way to work up a sweat and burn a lot more calories than I've been burning on my 8 minute walks at breaktime. All my walking can't be weekend fun (until I retire in way too many more years!)
LeAnna, so it took two weeks. Still no problem. It is still trending down and your workouts are astounding!
Vanessa, good on you for being ok with holding. STS is always better than heading back up the road we are travelling.0 -
