I have had my polar loop now a few months and the last week I have thought my steps were coming in much lower than normal given the same daily routine. A couple different times I checked the my step count on my polar loop, walked some where and counted the steps, then checked the loop to see if it reocrded them correctly. On several occasions, the loop has tracked significanlty fewer steps than I counted or not tracked any steps at all. I was curious if anyone else has had any issues with the loop not tracking steps. Any suggestions on how to correct this?
