It is a heavy rainny day in NC :-)..it is so dark out my office window its like 9pm....and the thunder...has me screaming in my office..yes I always give my office lots of laughs as I scream...lol

Happy Tuesday!
Last night I had 4oz of wine, lol...yes, I purchased these lovely glasses with etched lines for 4, 6 8 oz...so I know the oz, lol...besides I only had 4 oz left in the bottle, hahahaha...I did want another glass but no wine in the house now till Friday, lol.

Have not been here in a while, I have done well with the alcohol doing the week, it's my water that I have to do better at. This route don't allow me to go to the restroom as often as I would have to go if I drink my water. But I think it's also why I am overeating and always tried. I enjoyed my wine ladt night. I must say that it is better than having it everyday.0
