Anyone done it yet? Mine is supposed to come on Saturday so I'll hopefully be starting it on Monday.

    I'm on day 3 of the refresh, and so far I've lost 3.6 lbs....haven't repeated my measurements yet. How were your results?

    That's awesome, congrats! I finished with a 3.6 pound loss as well :)

    Hey I'm sorry for the delayed response, I'm not on here often anymore. The second time I did it I had a really hard time with feeling weak and headachey, but the first time I was totally fine. I think it was maybe because the second time I was doing it right after a vacation so my body was in total cheat mode.

    What is the refresh? I am just about to finish my first round of insanity. Is it related to that?
