7 months postpartum & I've hit a plateau in weight loss.

I can't seem to lose weight haven't had any change in over 3 weeks and feeling discouraged. Has anyone had this issue while EBF? I just realized I need to account for BF extra calories. but I seem to be lost and need to get back on track! Help!!!!

I just now am counting calories faithfully - and my baby is one. He eats solids, but will not drink milk. So we still nurse 8-10 times a day! I am allowing 400 extra calories for bf'ing, plus I add in exercise calories. It is giving me 1900-2100 calories per day and sometimes I don't eat quite all those, but I'm finally losing good. Sometimes ladies don't lose until their baby is on some solids, or their periods return, or not even until the baby weans completely. If you are ebf'ing, I would add in at least 500 calories - and eat them!
