Thankful Tuesday: I am thankful for each one of you and your tenacity during this challenge. I know it's difficult to remember to consciously make the effort to move each and every day. Think of it as a great deposit into your health and well being. Keep moving everyone. I'll be back later after camp.

i didn't get to the gym today; too much work to do, but i did loads of squats and have been puttering around my house, cleaning, walking around while reading my book (dangerous but better than sitting!) as i try not to wake my children... and i had a hard enough day by not starting it off with more exercise that i'm extra determined to go to the gym first thing in the morning.0 -
