Hi Mommy's
I just wanted to check in, how is everyone doing? How is the weight loss journey. How are the babies?

    Hi :)
I am happy with how I am doing so far. I think I would be thrilled if I lost 7-10 more pounds. I am still a jean size up from where I used to be.
Baby is good. Starting to sleep for longer stretches at night so I feel semi normal again.

It's going pretty well. I have 9 pounds to go to meet my initial goal, which means I've lost 30 of the 39 that I gained with the pregnancy! Once I hit that goal I'm going to try to lose 5 more, but not going to stress about that extra five while I'm nursing. My main goal really is just to fit in all of my clothes! I still have one or two sizes to go, depending on the cut!

With my first baby it took me 13 months to lose all of the weight (I gained A LOT, and didn't have MyFitnessPal to help!) With my second, it took me 6 months. I think it will be even less with this one.

Baby is doing great. He's huge! He was up from 7lbs, 2oz to 16lbs, 9oz at his two month appointment. He's a happy bab, and is just waking up once to eat during the night, so I'm glad to be getting some more rest, especially since my oldest has pretty much given up his nap, so there isn't usually a chance for me to nap during the day.

Hope all of you are doing well!

I am there with you. Boy does the body change. My hips are too wide to get into my jeans although I am almost to prepregnancy weight.

Let me know if you have tips to get baby to sleep through the night!

We are in similar situations. I gained 40 and have lost 38. Last two pounds are sticking but I keep working hard. I agree all I REALLY want is to fit back into my clothes. I dont want to buy more. I know the last 2 lbs wont change that it will take replacing fat with muscle so I am working on strengthening legs, hips and butt. (I have alot of work to do ;-)

Happy to hear baby is well!

I have been MIA for a bit, and while I didn't necessarily fall off the get-healthy wagon, I haven't been very proactive, either. I have been really stressed out with work, and I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to wind down my business so that I can get a full-time job and have DH stay home with the LO. So yeah, kinda crazy, but not a good excuse! I feel like I need to be easier on myself in terms of where I'm at, but I was unhappy with my body before I got pregnant, and I'm certainly not happy with it right now.

LO is doing well, although I think she's hitting a spurt/leap right now at 8 weeks, so she is fussier during the day, which doesn't leave a lot of time for me to get things done. Fortunately, she sleeps pretty great at night, and for a few nights in a row, she's slept from about 9:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

I've been doing okay, but haven't really been able to do much working out this week because of the golf-ball-sized clog in my right breast that makes it painful to do anything on my right side. So I'm on antibiotics to deal with the clog and, if it doesn't resolve, I have an appointment with a breast specialist next Thursday. I'm disappointed with how slow the weight loss is going, but since it's going, I'm not going to stress too much about it. Of course, I have no idea what I'm going to wear to my SIL's wedding next month...

If packing counts as working out, I have been doing great! I have about 80% of my house packed now. After I move Ill be doing great unpacking! Also the new house needs rock laid in the back yard so that will be a good workout!!!

Besides that, I have ran a few times. I usually overdo it, hobble around for a day or two, then repeat. I need to get better about that.

I go back to work Monday so I will be resuming by pre-baby schedule of going to the gym at lunch everyday so Im hoping that helps.

I havent lost any more weight but one pair of prebaby pants fit. I went out and bought 3 pairs of jeans at walmart so I have some jeans to wear to work. Its hard going from a size 4 to a size 10/12 so Im hoping to drop some sizes! Im trying to stay positive but that is getting harder and harder with the whole I cant lose weight thing.

Baby is going pretty well. She started daycare yesterday and is growing nicely. Hopefully the reflux will get under control with meds...but I gotta figure out how to make her swallow the dang stuff! She is really good at spitting it out!

I hear you on the sizes. Prebaby my clothes were all 4 or 6. The shorts I bought with my sister at Target so I have clothes other than yoga pants to wear are size 12. Sad face. :(
