I joined this group a few years ago when I lived in MD and, well, life happened. LOL!

Well Now I'm back trying to lose some baby weight, anyone else on here in Arlington?

    I don't live in NOVA but I quite frequently do go hiking in the Great Falls area. I always love to have new people join me if you are interested.
