    Hi Allycat, i just saw your note. Yes, you ARE practically my neighbor, we are actually south of town near M46, so north branch isn't very far at all! :) So happy to see someone nearby who wants to be healthy!

    I jsut posted a whole lotta info about me in the Introduce Yourself section of the main group :)

    I am from Saginaw area. I am only working out at home right now because I cant see going out too much, especially sweaty, in this frozen arctic weather. Hell even the snowmen/ladies want to wear coats its so cold :D hehe
