Well, I have been struggling with the internet for 4 hrs. Got the new modem but it took forever to make sure everything like computers, XBOX, and phones work. Finally did it but our phone is out again and still super slow internet. Had to call and complain to them again. This is now 8 months!! So depressing and so much a hassle. I may talk with a lawyer and get of out the contract, Germany has contracts 2 yrs on almost everything. But they didn't give what they promised and that is 16,000 speed and we get 400-900. There should be a law against this kind of treatment. So just basically frustration today. Max is on the XBOX playing for his last day since his friends start school tomorrow and so will he, at home that is.
