Menopause?

My body has been acting strangely lately. I'm wondering if I might possibly be going through Menopause because during times of the day it feels like from my neck up I get really hot. Does anybody have any insight into this?

    Sure sounds like menopause! It's not so bad, especially when you know that, that's all it is.

    Hey there Diane,

    I agree. I'm ready for it. It's just one more challenge that I know EFT can handle. You can bet after I figure it out, I'll be writing a book about it to help other women do the same. For now, I'll work on managing my own symptoms and share with the group what I discover. Thank you for the support.
