Tracking progress- Another newbie

I am looking for a way to track the amount of Weights I can lift and the "girls." I don't use a smart phone so I'm looking for a paper tracker or just something I can whip up myself.

Any ideas?

I believe there are notebooks tailored to this

You could also make an excel sheet, which could be cool because you could make charts and other visual representations.

I prefer using just a small notebook from dollar tree. I'd track your other wods too. It's nice to revisit them after a couple of months and smash your previous record

Yes, several people at my box just use a plain old small spiral notebook. Nothing fancy. (I'm an app user myself).

I have a notebook I keep at the gym. I have not been that good about logging recently but in a year I've used less than a quarter of it. I divide each page into eight boxes so I can track roughly a week's worth of workouts per page (or usually two weeks for me)
