I just started the Zombies, Run! 5K program this week and the music that comes on really makes a difference!!

    My playlist consists of high beats per minute for motivation - all rock and metal. The very first song that came on after my helicopter crashed and zombies were creeping up on me..."Creeping Death" by Metallica. : ) Thought that was a great fit.
