Hi! I'm new to this group. I'm here for any and all of you, I'm very understanding open-minded and have heard I'm a great person to talk to. Please, don't hesitate to add me!

I have bipolar II, GAD, panic disorder, EDNOS (undiagnosed, but I really don't know what else it could be), and self-harmed for two and a half years before I got clean. It's a rough road to recovery, but I'm making out ok.

Hey everyone. I'm Sara. I am yet undiagnosed except for clinical depression. I struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, self injury.

I sometimes feel like I am going crazy!

Has anyone else crashed so hard that they grabbed a whole container of oreos and shoveled them in...crying and unable to stop while doing it? I could use a friend or two that understands this feeling of helplessness.

I am beginning therapy next week, so here's to a brighter future hopefully!

I will totally be that friend!!! I completely understand, only my go-to is ice cream or dill pickles. Not together, of course :P
  • i completely understand your binge eating problem!!! hang in there! get the medicines you need and i recommend a good psychologist too..... a difficult road ahead but you can do it!

Hey, welcome to the group, I also have borderline personality disorder and eating disorder NOS. I understand how hard it is to cope through it all. Are you seeing a professional health care specialist or anything? For my BPD, I've been put into Dialectical behavioural therapy which is for people with BPD and seeing an eating disorder nurse every couple of weeks also. If you go to the doctors they may be able to help you but it will be extremely difficult.

I hope things get better for you :) I'm always here if you want to chat.

Hi all, I'm Jen. I have dysthymia ( chronic low-grade depression, everyday) with bouts of major depression. I also have GAD. I'm on Meds which very much help, but I still experience major depression, just in shorter bouts it seems (days or weeks as opposed to months and months like I used to), and my anxiety fluctuates. Both are always there in some way or shape though. I also binge eat and mainly binge drink,:(

Hi all. Yes I do know the feeling of shovelling food into my mouth , sometimes so fast I almost choke, coupled with my own crying. Yes I am bulimic and borderline. I am the admin of the group and welcome you all. I also suffer with tritch and self injury. Im hoping we can make this a safe place to chat about food ,weight and mental health without judgment.
