Hi- I am brand new to fitbit and my fitness pal and confess I am not the most technical person in the world. My devices are syncing but I have some questions that I have not been able to find postings and answers for. Right now I don't "get" how or where my steps from the FitBit Tracker appear on my fitness pal. Also - I road the stationary bike today. Does the fitbit sense the heart rate information or do I need to log that as exercise that is not recognized on my fitness pal. Any help is very much appreciated!!

Your fitbit steps and stairs are on your fitbit page .. it doesn't show on MFP.

Hey there, if you go to your "My Home" tab and then choose the "Check In" tab, your fitbit steps and sleep time are the last two entries under the "Other Measurements" column.

You can add your fitbit steps to MFP in the app :)

You will need to enter your "stationary" exercises (stationary bike, pushups, free weights, sit-ups, etc) into MFP as a seperate entry above and beyond the recorded data from your fitbit.
