I don't know how to get on your "spreadsheet for progress" plz give me instructions on how to. Plus plz inform me how to get that "scale thingy" most ppl have.

I weighed 192.2 this morning. My overal gall is to love to 130. I've already lost 7 pounds of the 69 pounds I need to lose.

Uniklymade the scale thing is called a ticker and you access it under your profile tab. It is under "my progress". Click on personalize your ticker & follow the steps then you can add it to your site.

Starting weight- 180. Goal in 10 weeks is 168.

I hope I stick with this- I have a tendency to go back to old habits very quickly.
