Hi! I'm struggling with coming up with a healthy eating plan that works. I'm not much of a veggie lover and I crave sweets Please send me some advice on what I should be eating Morning Noon Night and for snacks. Thank you

Fruit is the sweet stuff I eat! Also protein bars, watch out for ones that are high in sugar, but good ones do exist. Check out my food diary, see if you find anything that peaks your interest, PM with questions0

I eat fish but no meat and I find that that can be a challenge because protein definitely keep you full for longer, I've found.
I'll send you a FR and you can check my diary to see if anything there helps with ideas?0 -
On the sweets topic, I found that I really had to cut out sugar quite a bit. When I took abreak from it (nothing radical, but no candy or cookies, nothing with sugar added like sweet tea...) I found my palate changed completely, things tasted much better. After a few weeks, I didn't crave it like before and then carrots, sweet peas, fruit etc. actually tasted good. This was a while ago and now I will eat candy etc, but way less than I used to, more balanced. Maybe this can help you? I also like fruit/herbal tea in the evening to replace my old 'must have dessert' habit.0

Thank you all! I'm going to try out a high protein diet and cook my meals for the week. I'm having a hard time figuring out my macros now0
