Starting week 3 on a good note! 4.80 miles

Did 8.22 miles this morning, including over the Dunlawton Bridge in Port Orange, FL, which has an elevation of 38 feet. That might not seem like much to people who live in hilly areas, but in Florida it's practically a mountain! LOL.0

Well I was out of town this weekend and had hoped the hotel would have an exercise bike. Of course no bike, but there were 2 elliptical machines and one treadmill. I found out that I really enjoy using an elliptical.
So far I have no bike riding miles this week. That should change by tomorrow evening!0 -

I lucked out when I traveled. There was one in the hotel (elliptical, bike, and treadmill only hahaha). I also rented a bike. You have to do the best with your options! That's awesome you still got a workout in :-)0 -

Well, today I was on the Expresso bike for about 10 mins before I got too frustrated. Has anyone used those? I'm not gonna count those miles because I don't think it's accurate and I hated it Lol

Update on the Expresso, apparently it is the same thing as riding outside but without coasting. I don't know, I'm still not a fan though. Maybe every once and awhile I will do it. Anyway, I will be cycling later tonight! :-)0
