I just found out I'm pregnant with my 3rd and am looking for mommy's due around the same time. I have a 17 year old, an 18 month old and now this new one on the way. I'vd recently lost about 20 lbs and workout daily and track my food on a regular basis. I'm looking for other mommy's to give me support and motivation as well.

I'm 7 weeks due march 29, 2015- a first time mom. And trying desperately to get healthy before my baby is born. NOT lose weight, just eat better and exercise.0

I'm due with my third April 13, 2015. I have a 2 1/2 year old and 5 month old baby. This one was not planned at all LOL. I gained 36 pounds with my first not logging or exercising, and 29 with my second using mfp. Trying to do the same this time. I have two boys and would really like a girl this time ????0

Just found out we are expecting baby number 3 due April . Haven't told anyone in real life yet, but will probably start telling next week as I suffer from really bad "all day sickness". I've got 2 boys at home, BigBro who is 3 and LittleMan who is 1 - both were May babies so my husband is excited to have an April Baby this time.
I'm already getting weird cravings - green olives & homemade pickles! All the time - started even before I got the BFP. Also thinking maybe this one will be a girl - if so we already have her name picked out!0 -
We're due at the end of April! I would love other mommy support on staying fit for this pregnancy!!0

We're expecting Baby #4 April 1st, we have a 9, 6 and 2 year old. I had been doing really well with my activity, but lately I've been so exhausted that I've been getting little to no exercise. I can wait till this first trimester is over!0

We're expecting our first due April 8th. I definitely could use the support from you all as this first trimester has been kicking my butt with exhaustion.0

I'm due around April 20 with my first. Kind of came as a surprise to us! So far the past month has been tough dealing with the nausea and fatigue (among other things). The only things I seem to have an appetite for are frozen yogurt, gf waffles, gf pizza, and Jamba Juice smoothies (I can't even think of making my own without my stomach turning). Do you have any tips for what to eat during the first trimester that is somewhat appetizing and healthy?0

Have any of you had a spotting scare? I don't remember ever spotting with my first 2 pregnancies. And my husband is out of town and we haven't told anyone in real life - so I'm freaking out at work and have no one to turn to. My doctor is out of town and I have my first appointment next week. If this hasn't stopped in the next couple hours I may head down to urgent care or one of my obgyn's colleagues.0

Hi, I never had any spotting but a few of my friends did, so try not to worry. Defo get checked out if it doesnt stop.0

Hi!
We are due April 21st, just found out yesterday I am 4w1d pregnant. I'm super excited and would love to have a few friends due around the same time! This is my first pregnancy.
My first appointment with the nurse isn't until Sept. 23rd, so I've got a lot of research to do until then
Everyone feel free to add me0 -

Yes I had this last week and called my OB immediately. She told me as long as I wasn't cramping and it wasn't heavy and bright red then I was ok and it's pretty normal in some pregnancies. She said if I experience severe cramping and a heavy flow to go to ER, but all it was was spotting and since it has only been brown discharge but no cramping so I stopped worrying. So just monitor it and relax, I felt once I laid down the spotting stopped.0 -
Yes when i first found out I was spotting a little and it was bright red and my OB said it wasn't a big issue.... I am due in Feb with my first and congratulations....0

I had spotting in the beginning with my last pregnancy. As long as its not a lot you should be fine. I actually spotted through my entire pregnancy, but it was due to fibroids. If its brownish in color, it is usually your body getting rid of old blood, when its brighter red, its more of a concern, but as long as its not a lot you should be fine. Let us know how you are doing and if the spotting went away.0

I am due April 3rd! I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow. This is also our first baby.
Anyone feel free to add me.0 -
Hello Fellow Moms! I am back after being in the May 2013 group (along with mormonmamma)! Due the last week in April but kind of hoping to hold out until May 1 (work would be sooo much less complicated). I'll be a lot busier this time around but I am sincerely hoping to keep up a good, healthy exercise and nutritional routine.0

Thanks for the reassurances ladies! It never turned bright, and there was never a lot of it - although I do have some light pink/brown when I wipe sometimes still. I'll talk to my dr on Tuesday to be sure, but I feel much better today.0

Hi! Last week I found out I'm pregnant. I am due April 22nd and have a ten-year-old daughter and an eight-month-old daughter (!) This was unplanned but I am delighted and want this to be the healthiest pregnancy I've ever had Anybody else with young babies?0

Hi Chamberlain3! Congrats and welcome! I know a couple of us have little ones around. My son is 15 months.
My due date is very close to yours!
Re: first tri bleeding. I had some very light bleeding with my son and I was a nervous wreck about it. It was a little air pocket between the placenta and the uterine wall. Some of these can get quite large, and can cause the placenta to detach. But the vast majority of them are small and don't cause any harm. Thankfully mine was small; I had a "normal" (read: most miserable 9 months of my life) pregnancy, a 3 hour 100% natural delivery, and a very cute and smart son --the only effect that bleeding had was my own (significant) psychological distress.0 -
I just found out on the 9th, they did a blood test to confirm and date pregnancy. They said 6-8 weeks and my ultrasounds the 27th. Ill know for sure then. From my 6-8 week dates they gave me would be some time in april. I also have a 2yr old who's birthdays in May.
I been losing weight since febuary. And not sure what to do now. Hoping my dr can clear it all up the 27th when I finally see him.
Congrats on your little one!0 -
I've been having a great past two months in terms of getting workouts in and eating right. Today the scale was down 3 lbs to put me at my lowest weight since my pregnancy in 2012-13 (which is still, alas, 11-12 lbs away from my pre-preggo weight -but I am still nursing, so I blame that!). I'm kind of bummed that I'll be losing all of that momentum once the new pregnancy weight gain kicks in, but the up side is that I'll be starting this second pregnancy off in good health and will have a little more "room to grow" before I start freaking out about the weight gain!0

Thank you, TheLaser! Congratulations to you as well!0

The Laser!
Yay! So happy to see you in the FF&P group again! How fun to go through two pregnancies with you!!0 -
Hey all,
this is my 3rd pregnancy and EDD 4/19. The only thing different this it me around is that I'm super hungry ALL THE TIME and I'm showing much earlier. I've lost 20 Lbs since starting MFP and was up 5 lb prior to get ting preggo- I've already see the # on the scale jump up another 2 lbs since finding out. Any suggestions on how to curb this bottomless hunger to prevent rapid weight gain?? I never had this feeling with my other two and I definitely didn't have any really until I was in my second trimester so its very new to me to experiencing this so early on.0 -
I guess I'd just recommend the same things we do when we are trying to lose weight:
-protein
-veggies (preferably raw)
-fruit
I' focus on "Crunchy" type foods... carrot sticks, cucumber slices, fresh grapes, apples? Anything that you have to chew might help - and you can eat large quantities of those versus wheat things or something to try and fill up.
And WATER! Increasing your water again should help.0 -
Thanks!! I need to carry a jug of water around with me I think- otherwise I just forget to drink and up getting dizzy.0
-
I am due April 19th!! anyone Staving all day long but cant swallow anything because of nausea.....0
-
First time posting in this group! Due march 6 with our first, so a bit earlier than most of the rest of you. Nausea has left me for the most part, now I'm so hungry all the time. I eat a pm snack and still go to bed hungry, wake up hungry, etc. I have my calories set at maintenance, sedentary, eat back all my exercise calories. I'm just about 12 weeks, so does anyone know if I should up my calories now? I don't want to gain too much weight so I'm afraid to up my calories, but I'm so hungry! A bit of background, I'm about 5'5", was 130ish when I discovered I was pregnant and probably gained about 4 lbs already. this is the first week back from a vacation so my weight may still be a bit artificially high at the moment. I was 132.5 before vacation.
Feel free to add me and any advice is welcome, thanks everyone and congrats to all of you!0
