I know people will advise against the MC but I did it for 20 days about a year and a half ago. I felt so much better after the cleanse. I feel like it really got my body back on track and I'm looking to do it for 10 days this time. I'd like to start this Friday June 11th, anyone else interested in doing this together?

    I just joined this group and saw your post. Did you do the cleanse? How did it go? I'm on day 9 of a 21 day cleanse and loving it. :)
