Well, today I was on the Expresso bike for about 10 mins before I got too frustrated. Has anyone used those? I'm not gonna count those miles because I don't think it's accurate and I hated it Lol

Update on the Expresso, apparently it is the same thing as riding outside but without coasting. I don't know, I'm still not a fan though. Maybe every once and awhile I will do it. Anyway, I will be cycling later tonight! :-)0
