Does it burn many calories ? Would it burn more than walking moderate pace ?

It definitely burns more than moderate walking, plus you get the benefit of cardio, strength and flexibility training rolled into one workout. I'm about to finish the program, tomorrow will be my last day, and I have LOVED it. I'm a total beginner to Pilates and yoga but I thought the program was doable but challenging, really strengthened my core and improved my flexibility and honestly I just love it. I plan on continuing it as a hybrid with ChaLean Extreme next.0

I have been using PiYo for about three weeks ... definitely burns more calories than walking! I have never done yoga or Pilates and am not really flexible at all. Even after just three weeks, I am feeling more flexible and can stretch longer and further than I have been able to in the past. I am combining each video with 30 minutes of cardio and PiYo has helped me bounce back quicker after workouts, be less sore in general the next day, and help the soreness of a left knee injury that has been bothering me the last 6 years.0

Is there any free PiYo workout online? Or at least like a 10 minute part of it? I like to try how a workout 'feel' before I spend all that money on it.
I really love that the FireStarter from TurboFire is available online. I bought the program and am very happy with it. Now I would like to do something to improve flexibility and strength and PiYo seems interesting. But I don't like buying 'into the blue'.

I love Piyo I did for 4 weeks and then stopped for 8. I restarted yesterday and will be excited to finish. I also incorporated T25 and am doing doubles. That seems easier now too since I still have my strength from Piyo. I broke my unable to shred the tummy with it and would recommend to anyone.0
