Here we are nearing the end of the Summer season and heading into the Fall. Hope everyone has been able to get out and enjoy the outdoors. To help us along I offer this September miles challenge. Walk, Run, Cycle... whichever activity you are into... keep track and then list the miles on the spreadsheet (which will be active soon).
