Using A Ketonix - Question

I received my Ketonix four days ago and so far every reading that I get (from fasted in the morning to right before bed) shows that I'm green. Green = light ketone burning. My question: Is it better to be in yellow or red (burning more ketones) or am I good to go as long as it shows that I'm burning ketones?

I've never heard of ketonix and I just read up a little on it. BJJcaveman has a great post on that where he compared it to measuring blood.
Here's the link if you haven't read it yet

Thanks for the info. I already read his posts on Ketonix and other testing. Was hoping he might chime in here at some point too, just to get specifics on the Ketonix.
I was still green going into the weekend and so since it didn't seem to be getting better, I decided to enjoy myself by drinking wine and beer, and eating nachos on Sunday. It's safe to say that I'm definitely not in ketosis now. Back to it again as of this morning.
An additional issue I'm having is that my partner, who eats bread or other grains and sugars at almost every meal, is getting better results on the Ketonix than I am. So aggravating. Either way, I paid for it so I'll continue to play with it for a while.0 -
How did this all turn out Angela? Are you still using them?0

Ha ha! I gave up on the Ketonix when I decided I was going to start eating out regularly at the Macaroni Grill and Carrabbas and similar places. I had no plans at all to just get meats and/or salads. Boy that was a fun 5 or 6 months! I really blew up though...again. I'm doing NSNG for a while and I'll try to become fat adapted. Eventually I'll use my Ketonix again too.0

You are my twin indulger Angela! My blood Keytone strips are sitting at the back of the medicine cabinet waiting for me to get my act together.0
