it's a hard process because it takes so much time to see results.

How are your workout estimates? I was finding mine a little high and I was maintaining- I've start losing again when I dropped them almost in half.

I just went through and looked at my next 10 pounds and realized it was going to take me almost 5 months to get it all off- I was sad- that puts me squarely into holiday season!!! lame.

    finally, an update:

i'm ending my cut today! woohoo!

it's been close to 12 weeks since i started & my ending stats are:

height: 5'4 (too bad there's nothing lifting can do to make me taller, boohoo)
    weight: 114.2 lbs
    bust: 31.5 "
    waist: 25 "
    hips: 33.5 "

    so, i'll take it. :3

Jo, I actually started finally losing the weight maybe a day or so after I posted, haha! I think I had a woosh. Anyway, I don't log the calories I burn during my workout, so this wasn't even a matter of faulty math. I think my body was just being stubborn.

thnx guys! i've added 100 cals this week to see how my metabolism is doing & i'm still losing, yikes! excited to keep adding more, though. :) hopefully i'll be able to bulk a little higher than 2100 next time.

lifts are still pretty solid. my squat pr is 190, but i usually do my sets in the 155-175 range, which still gets some comments from the meathead gallery, probably because i look like a snack to them, haha.
