My goals this week are to walk 15 miles ( 3 miles 5 x) and do JM 30 DS at least 4x this week. What are your goals?

    I'm starting small. My goal for this week is to drink 8 glasses of water and to track my food :smile:

    My goal this week is to do 5 miles walk everyday... Last week was 3 miles, so I no that I got 2 more in me!!!
