PLEASE READ - if you are new to group :-)

Hello!

I started this group as a way to support one another though the ups and downs of getting and staying healthy! Yes, this is a new group. I know there are much larger support groups on MFP. But, if you want a smaller group of folks to stay connected with, this is the right place!

A few things:
- Please don't feel an obligation to participate in this group - whatever works for you is awesome!
- Please invite other Houstonians
- Please feel free to start topics - I will start at least one topic a week - usually something where you can bullet out your thoughts (not time consuming).
- Please share events - cycling, running, other happenings in Houston
