What are your weekend Goals

I thought it would be fun to share our goals for this weekend. Putting them pen to paper will help keep us on track and reach our goals...
My goal for this weekend (August 23rd and 24th) in addition to Log In & Track Everything and Stay within my Daily Goal is:
Go for a walk on saturday and Sunday on the boardwalk (we're going to the beach)

I am on a trip with my 2 friends and we each brought a teenage daughter, my goals are to make decent choices and log every treat0

I logged everything good and bad, I walked so much and drove so much I am positive today is only a rest and healing day!!0 -
Ugh. I crashed and burned!!!! totally blew my goal because our weekend was shot.
BUT -- This week I went to the gym Monday and Wednesday and walked about 2 miles at work. -- Today is a rest day.
But, tomorrow i'm back at the gym0 -

My goal for this weekend is to actually log ALL my foods and beverages! I stopped logging my food on the weekends for some reason, not really sure why? But it's time to get back to basics! Way to log everything Holly!!! That is hard to do sometimes :flowerforyou:0

My goals on this holiday weekend
Stay within my nutrition goals
Walk or go to the gym
And, FOCUS and realize I am on a healthy path not a sprint to the finish line, which will only lead to fall backs

This weekend we are doing some winter cooking and freezing so I will be in my kitchen being tempted so my goal is to measure and log and not randomly snack on the stuff we are cooking! I plan to keep lots of water and put out veggies to snack on so we behave! I am not going to make myself promises of treadmill on the weekend so I do have a 40 minute walk for tonight, and some lawn mowing for tomorrow!
