2 great lists for Newbies

Here are 2 high protein food lists that I use as my dietary base. I take the store sales flyer and see what matches my list of top protein foods. Then I go to Yummly,Epicurious, Allrecipes and Food network to choose 4 star rated recipes to develop and tweak.

If you find the term winged beans confusing that just means any bean having the classic bean shape :) like kidney beans!
