I don't have it totaled up by weeks in my office. But the calendar in my kitchen shows a total of 152.7 miles for August. The last 14 miles were put on with a stationary bike.
I hit my goal of at least 150 miles.
Unfortunately the sun is setting sooner so I'm going to have to find another way of getting in my evening cardio. I'm thinking about getting a better stationary bike.
