Well, Labor day came and went and I'm checking in on Tuesday! The week was a challenge but I did manage to see the scale go down a little. NIghts continue to be my biggest struggle. On the bright side, my running game is strong!

Anybody else out there want to report?

    I am finally getting settled after a busy summer. I think I have hit my groove on recording. Mixing up my exercise and adding strength training (trx). Of course I wish the weight would drop off as quickly as I added it on but I am seeing changes in my body and that makes me happy!

    I'm so glad you shared! Summer is wonderful but I usually find that my health improves when the old routine kicks back in. Do you have any races/events coming up? I'm thinking about a zombie 5k in October with the girls, just for fun.
