Wens Sept 3rd goals

Morning all. Im running late today. Just couldnt get myself out of bed this morning. Hope you all have a great day.

Todays goals:
1. P90x week 2 day 3 (complete minus ab ripper which I will squeeze in later)
2. drink 10 glasses of water
3. no junk food

    Today I'm closing on my first home purchase! This probably means take-out, but I'll be sure to oder a salad. My fiance and I will also be splitting a Dogfish Head Worldwide Stout we've been aging since New Years 2011 (yes, it's an age-able beer). I plan on otherwise avoiding processed carbs today, and drinking tons of water. I see a lot of heavy lifting via moving in my near future!

    Today my goals are:

    1. Make the right choices at the luncheon I am going to. Not great food. For some reason, that makes the bad for you food all the more tempting because it tastes better.
    2. Gym after work
    3. Keep up the no sweets week. Two days down!

    Helps if i know what day it is lol

    my goals for today are:

    Only eat what I packed for food, (where i work at night we can eat whatever we want not a good thing)
    Drink lots of water
    Get a walk in or walk extra tonight at work (on my feet all night from 3-9 but on my butt 730-3 yes I do walk during my morning job but not as much as at night i work at school doing the day)

    Most important stay positive.

    Good morning all! My goals today are small, but I'm building:

    1.. Stay in my calorie range
    2.. Drink a half gallon of water
    3.. Eat two servings of veggies today. I know I need more, but baby steps, I have a busy day ahead of me :)

    First day back on the bandwagon so my goals are a bit simple:

    1. Eat within my calories allowed.
    2. 20 min of low impact workout items (crunches, push ups, lunges)
    3. No eating after 8 pm
    4. Water only after 5 pm

    I adjusted my calorie goal to lose 1# per week (from a half pound.) Ouch! But I'm trying to kick start the weight loss again!

    Drink 10 glasses of water.
    Stay under my new calorie goal.
    Ride 3-5 miles on my bike OR do some P90 Cardio if it's too dark to ride when I get home.
  • For Wednesday:

    Drink plenty of water
    Make sure I get 30 minutes of cardio in
    Make sensible food choices (going forward, 'cause I already messed that up today)

    My goals for today:

    1) Do yoga
    2) Have a dance party
    3) Stay under calorie goal

    2. Walk at least 10,000 steps
    3. Eat a giant healthy salad for dinner + water

    1. Go on at least a half hour bike ride even though the heat index here is close to 100 degrees.
    2. Do some light house cleaning in preparation for going out of town Friday so the house won't be a mess for the pet sitter.
    3. Drink plenty of water.

    My goals were/are:
    1) Work on shoulder/abs this evening and maybe some cardio.
    2) Eat at least 1-2 servings of veggies with my Lunch and dinner
    3)Make better choices with my snacks
