Thursday 9/4 goals

Well yesterday was a great day, here is to day 3 of being good and eating only within my calories.
Today my goals are:
Drink lots of water
Stay within calories working 13.5 hours again today between 2 jobs.
Stay positive
Get in a walk if I can or at least get up and walk around during breaks
Hope everyone has a great day and stays postive feels so good to be back.

I fell short a bit yesterday, didn't get my 20 minutes in :sad:
Goals for today:
Stay on track with calories - working both jobs today so I need to stay focused on that.
Not eating when I'm not hungry- this has been a struggle for me lately.
WATER ONLY today - my sugar count was through the roof yesterday due to the sugary drinks.

Hi all. Hope your day is going better then mine so far. I barely had time to get my p90x yoga done since I overslept. Planned out all my meals for the day and made my lunch to bring to work. then when I got here I realized I left my lunch home
Guess its a good thing I keep a extra meal shake in my desk drawer. I just hope two 140 calories shakes are enough to get me though till dinner (one was planned for breakfast) since I am heading to the rescue straight from work. I really dont want to hit the snack machine. There is never any good options in there.
Todays goals:
1. No junk food. Stay away from the snack machine!!
2. drink 10 glasses of water
3. P90x week 2 day 4 (complete!!!)
4. 10k steps today (resuce later so its shouldnt be an issue)0 -
I have some stressful situations I'm working with today, so my goals today are:
1.. Stay positive and happy
2.. Stay in my calorie range
3.. Drink a half gallon of water0 -
My September so far has been awesome as far as keeping within my cals and eating healthy. My goals for today are:
1) Staying within my cals AND macros but not too far under either.
2) Leg day!
3) Include veggies in at least my lunch and dinner.0 -
So far I've been meeting my goals better then planned. I have only a couple goals today. Exercising comes easy today because I have Salsa class which is a bunch of fun and social.
1. Don't snack unless my stomach growls, eat 2 eggs for breakfast to help stay full.
2. Don't go to the burger joint that's discounted on Thursdays, instead have a turkey burger on pumpernickel bread with low cal french fries and stream soda.
3. Try to catch up on sleep.
Those eggs are actually working wonders on me!0 -

Go to sleep when the kids do instead of staying up so late.

My goals today are/were:
1. Get a good bike ride in even though my husband won't be able to go with me today. DONE
2. Make a list of things to take on the overnight trip I will be going on tomorrow so I don't forget anything.
3. Take healthy snacks on my trip so that I don't get tempted by fast food.0
