Recommendations on running compression shorts or any shorts for that matter that won't ride up my huge thighs like they want to eat my crotch? LOL I'm thinking they need to be long enough to cover my whole quad but not cover my knees to bunch up. Times running out and I don't want to wear my current capris that I have during my marathon! UGH!

I found biking shorts at JcPenney, I believe, which are the only tight shorts I could find (for a reasonable price) at the mid-quad length.0

I love the moving comfort compression shorts. They're super comfortable and come in a variety of lengths. Check the websites, they usually have some good sales going. Mine were $20 I think.0

Target c9 compression, has a 7 inch inseam option. Plain, no pockets, but it works.0

Is it because you specifically want your thighs covered, or just because you want to avoid the riding up/bunching? If the latter, I'd recommend going for shorter looser shorts with an inner liner. They won't ride up if they're not clingy in the first place.0

my go to shorts...love, love, love them!!

They are long enough that there is no rubbing of the inner thighs and long enough they don't ride up!0 -
I can't wear shorts. I just can't. My thighs are so close together that it is pretty much one giant thigh. I dont care how loose the shorts are, my shorts are going to be swallowed.
I DO have a pair of brooks shorts that I wear running around for errands and for things like going to the beach.

These are my personal favorites-best shorts EVER. The boy shorts have grippers so they stay put.0 -

If you're going to be puttig in a lot of sweaty miles, I highly suggest going with a brand that is specifically made for runners. My suggestions:
Brooks Infiniti 7" -- has silicone around the inside to keep it from riding up.

Asics Speed Capri - If you're already wanting to cover your thighs, coverage down past your knees with a capri won't make you feel any hotter, but will actually help protect your knees on those long runs. Here's one example of many.

I actually got these! Found them on a whim at JCP on clearance for $20.99! Whoot!
Question on why I need them. I run with loose fitting shorts with a liner mostly on shorter runs and they are fine but after around 8-10 miles my thighs start rubbing and chaff too much esp when I am sweating alot. I could care less to cover them anymore. I'm proud of my thighs lol0 -
