Hello everyone, looking for myfitness pal friends close to my home so that maybe we can plan walking/yoga/zumba/strengh training get togethers in this area of town (Goodyear, North of I-10 or around the area).

Sounds great! Let me know the details about the cycling and I'll pass it on to my husband. Also, regarding the gym, I had to take a forced break because I fractured my knee. I hope I don't need surgery but I'll know for sure this week. In the mean time my exercise is physical therapy:( I'm however very commuted to tracking, to keep no only my calories in check but also my nutrition levels.0
