Hello everyone, looking for myfitness pal friends close to my home so that maybe we can plan walking/yoga/zumba/strengh training get togethers in this area of town (Goodyear, North of I-10 or around the area). :smile:

    i live in surprise, and go to the lifetime fitness which is in your area I believe.

    I saw your post on another thread as well. If your husband wants to ride sometime that would be awesome to. I have some friends that ride and we go quite often.

    Sounds great! Let me know the details about the cycling and I'll pass it on to my husband. Also, regarding the gym, I had to take a forced break because I fractured my knee. I hope I don't need surgery but I'll know for sure this week. In the mean time my exercise is physical therapy:( I'm however very commuted to tracking, to keep no only my calories in check but also my nutrition levels.
