    Great thread. I'm maintaining at the moment having reached my goal using MFP over past 18 months. I am going to try to shed another 3 or 4 lbs so look forward to adding them in when they're gone.

    Friend requests happily received from anyone who wants my support ... the more the merrier!

    It's only new losses being added. A very odd week for me but ended up another 2lb lost. There are some great numbers coming in, 5lb in week - amazing, well done, and if you are maintain weight - thank you, it means the total loss is not going downwards :-)
