Monday Sept 8th Goals

Hope everyone had a nice weekend. I know I did. Not ready for it to be monday again.
Todays Goals:
1. Start p90x week 3 (complete minus abs)
2. drink 10 glasses of water
3. stay under calories
4. get to bed early

Ugh, I meant to post goals first thing, and now I've managed to forget my gym clothes at home.
Goals are:
(1) Go to the gym (I can probably pick up a new sports bra and gym pants at Target).
(2) Get at least 10,000 steps in.
(3) Stay under calories.
(4) Stop procrastinating (this has a more specific meaning to me--not directly weight related, but will help with stress).0 -
not happy with the scale this morning and at least it stayed where i was last monday, so i'm going to get more serious about my daily goals:
Today, i will:
1. drink at least 80 ounces of water (oops, almost typed coffee!!!! - that'd kill me! :laugh: )
2. eat small, healthy meals every 3 hours
3. check out the yoga studio schedule & join it or something regular to get in exercise.
4. put absolutely no HFCS, no grains, nor gluten into my body
5. take some sort of walk today
6. de-clutter apartment so i have room to do exercise videos & meditate0 -

Yeah, I have a very limited space at the end of my bed when I do an exercise tape!. In fact, sometimes my lunges take me into the hallway! We are de-cluttering to prep for a move, and I even got my ex over here this weekend to pick up some of his stuff. (Mind you, it's been here for three years!)
Goals:
Drink 10 glasses of water.
Stay within calories.
Walk for about 3 hours tonight in the concession stand. I never stand still so am probably covering a few miles over the course of the evening!
De-clutter more stuff.
Wash whites/lights.0 -

Redoing these, because I realized it's been over a week since I had an off-day, so (1) switches to "take the day off, exercise-wise." I'll still get the steps in, and this will make the calories a bit more challenging, as always.0 -
My goal today is just one: track!
I had a hard time over the weekend and it is my boyfriend's birthday so already not a great food day and no time for my workout.0
