hi im new to this sit and looking for running friends to swap tips on food and exercise..ive not much to lose in weight but more to gain from runners experience on diet and training

thanks for adding me ..im training for my 1st half marathon jan4th 2015..i already race at 10k pb 52.30..but upping my challenge as i run 5miles twice a week..7 mile twice a week and 10 mile once a week ..aiming to do my 1st marathon in 2015..ive always loved running but four pregnancies stopping and starting and then being left with minimum spare time has prolonged my entering runs which i love to look forward to xx ps im uploading a pic soon as its good to put a face to a name0

I forgot I joined this group! I need to come here more often so I can stop bugging my non-runner friends with all my chatter. I've been running a year and this was my first race season. I finished my first 1/2 marathon a few weeks ago (1:50:48) and if I can get my shin healed up this week (grrr) I'm doing my 2nd in 3 weeks. My plan is to run my first marathon next spring, so start training after Christmas. Anyway, you can add me.0

Please go ahead and add me too.. I've just found MFP, and am back to training after a hip flexor injury. I've gained about 20 lbs in recovery, and need a little motivation to get back to the good stuff0
