New Day!
My goals for today are:
- less calories for snacks, more calories for the actual meals
- stick to the preplanned meals
- no crap

My goals are to burn 600 exercise calories and not eat them back.0

My goals for today are
1. P90x week 3 day 3 (complete)
2. jog later at the rescue with my knucklehead
3. don't eat back exercise calories
4. drink plenty of water0 -
My main goal is to chill out about the scale and just continue doing what I'm doing.
1. Drink more water
2. Stay in calorie range
3. Exercise
4. Plan a time for strength training.
5. Stooop looking at the scale until weigh in day.0 -
It's definitely fall today, sigh.
I will take advantage of that and run 6 miles.
I will also try to get in a yoga class (not sure if that will be possible), experiment with an oatmeal-based breakfast (I'm trying to come up with a good alternative to my usual omelet just for variety, this one I did already this morning), and stay within my calories.0 -
Oh...I just found this recipe for oats the other day. Havent tried it yet but sounds amazing
