you're posting a link to the photo page, not the actual photo...
on that page in flickr, there's a curved arrow at the bottom of the page - click that, select the BBCode Option, and a image width of no more than 500px.
Below these options, there's a box starting {url=......... (only with a square bracket...) - right click on this and "select all" then copy the selection
Then Simply come into MFP and paste the selection like so...
