Tracking/Calorie deficit

When you log your food onto MFP do you also log your workouts? I do an 1850 calorie day regardless of whether I work out or not so I don't eat back calories. (TDEE at 2175-15%) What do others do?

    I don't log workouts. :) Even if I go "over" what I set my TDEE level at (like I work out 5x instead of 3x) I don't log the extra workouts. I just eat a little more if I feel like it.

    I log them @1 calorie...that way I can keep track of what I did through the week without screwing with my numbers...

    I have an up and will go and delete the adjustment too
