    Hi Maria, I just joined myself and am right there with you. I have been overweight for a few years as well and it has been spiraling lately. I hope we can support each other in getting back in shape. Good Luck!

    Hi Marie, joined your group. I did join last year but fell off the wagon!! Now back with a vengeance, but desperately need support from others. Look forward to all our progress over the coming months.
