Very happy with week to. I think I ended up doing 50% of my monthly total in a week :-) Its amazing me how fit biking is getting me

Today I only got in 4.5 miles. I was feeling sick and tried to do more but it just didn't happen. At least I beat my first week! Next week will be better!!!

well week 2 was not as I planed, I only have 50 kms to add to my 214kms. The weather up here turned cold very fast and I'm no using my indoor setup. Motivation is hard at this time of year.......
