    Just hit Kroger this am and Simple truth Organic 21 g protein bars are on sale for $0.89. tried the chocolate. it was fine, definitely a bargain.

    How soon can protein bars be added? I know the dr. office can tell me, but just wondering your experience? Thanks!

    Do y'all add the Quest bars in MFP with the "whole" carbs or the net carb amount?

    I just started eating them and LOVE them...some of them. I wasn't a big fan of chocolate brownie but it was ok microwaved. I didn't like cinnamon bun and wasn't a big fan of coconut almond or something like that. BUT the cookies and cream and choc chip cookie dough are AWESOME. I bought a few more to try over the weekend.
