It was my Wedding Anniversary this weekend so there were some indulgences. The cake (300 cal.) was not worth it but the
frozen yogurt scoop was. I did add some running to my weekend walks though, this was a first:drinker:

i did not eat that well but didnt go too high over my calories over the weekend. Today I'm feeling confident and eating somewhat well even though i feel super sick.

Congrats on your anniversary! I went to a good friends/cousins wedding on Saturday and there were too many indulgences for me, but it was all worth it to me.
My Goals for the Day:
- Stick to my meal plan/calorie intake goals
- Drink at least 64oz of fluids0 -

I stayed on plan for the entire weekend and am planning to do so for today as well. I did not drink as much water as I had been drinking though, only 5 cups.
Mini goals for today are:
Drink more water, at least 8 cups
eat all meals for today

Happy anniversary! I did really well this weekend! I passed on all cocktails! Yay! That's a first for me. My mini goal is not to overdo it on dinner tonight, it's my once a week cheat meal.0
