making the most of the evenings now. The light here is fading in the evening and I think in a few more weeks it will be too dark to go cross country. Had a lovely ride back from work today though although its steep over 1000ft of assent cross country. Gets the hear rate going :-)0 -

9-16 through 9-17 in hospital to check heart palpitations (suffered while walking too fast in the heat), with nuclear stress test.
This after doc told me that since I have a new stent, any chest pain while exercising should be brought to his attention.
