So, it's 9.45 here and here are my goals for today:

- get to the doctor to get some medicine for my migraine
- stay strong and go to the post office to get my Withings Pulse O2 Tacker
- maybe if the medicine helps, grab some coffee with friends
- stay in the calories

    Today's goals:

    1. Plenty of water (and coffee) - didn't get a lot of sleep so staying away from soda will be hard today.
    2. Choose a healthy lunch - may have to get fast food, but I refuse to get anything fried.
    3. Sleep at least 8 hours tonight.
    4. Stay positive!

    I stayed home sick yesterday so my first goal is to not sneeze all over my coworkers today!

    Drink 10 glasses of water.
    Stay within calories (and sodium.)
    Empty two boxes on loveseat.
    Walk at least 30 minutes.
    Don't forget to take the trash out!

    Morning all. I got to spend some time with my Freddybear last night and he was so amazingly good. He didnt try to eat people that got about 5 feet from us (he ignored them!) and also didnt try to attack some of the other dogs that were going in and out while we were relaxing in the parking lot. I love the progress he is making. Although one of the guys there still tells me he is a jerk and if I wasnt there he wouldnt have been his old self.

    Todays goals
    1. figure out what Im making with the chicken breasts I took out for dinner
    2. drink plenty of water
    3. get a good night sleep

    My go to with chicken breast right now is to put it in a foil packet with some chunky salsa, corn and black beans and bake in the oven.
