Hey. How is everyone doing?
I forgot today was weigh in day. I was so tired. I haven't slept much since last thursday. My 2 little ones are sick with some kind of night coughing bug...so that means I'm up with them all night...zzzzzzzzz. Haven't had much energy for anything the last several days. My husband has it too, so he is also coughing all night. Just trying to keep logging and stay on calories. I will weigh in tomorrow morning and post it then.

I forgot weigh in day as well! My schedule has been different than normal appointment, weekend events etc. I have been doing well with eating. Woke up Monday morning with some sort of sinus infection so that's a battle in itself trying to have energy to go about my day! I am suspecting I will not see a weight change. I have been logging/dieting for 150 days now and have lost 16lbs but it seems as though it is harder for the scale to budge. Any help/suggestions would be helpful. I am doing TDEE -20% and not logging exercise. so no matter what my goal is 1550 cals if I exercise or not. I typically go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week with a lifting program and I do a minimum of 20 mins cardio.0

Bit bummed by the scale this morning but I have been dragging a** for two days now and suspect I'm not eating enough carbs; going low carb seemed like a good idea 2 weeks ago but today I had major craving for a beer and smoke. Anyway, that passed but it certainly makes me scared that I have the potential to go there again. I see a nutritionist on Friday so hopefully she can help me sort out TDEE, BMR and if I'm eating enough. Would never have thought dieting could be so confusing. Ok, just had to get that out. Tomorrow is a new day, chin up and all that.0

Sorry to hear this news. That sounds like MY story. I too, was a bit disappointed that I did not see a loss this past week, but I'm looking forward to next week...0
